So another week has passed and it’s been a mixed bag this week, Monday started off with a very cold ride into work, with the expectation of some snow, which im pleased to say did not appear. Going home on Tuesday night it was snowing like mad when i left work around 21:45 so after putting o all my Cold weather gear, i plugged in my Autocom system into my Crash helmet and turned on my MP3 Player to listen to some music on the way home, the very first song that it selected was the The Loving Spoonful “Summer in the City”, which made me laugh as it was like the north pole out there, so i selected another track this time it hit Will Smith “Summertime”, typical. Im pleased to say that the snow stayed away, Wednesday night as i headed off home i hit the M602 to find it in Chaos, Im sorry to say a fellow biker had been hit by the look of it two cars had been party to the crash, the Police had closed the road, it looked bad to me, ive seen and been in enough crashes to know when it’s a bad one, his bike was trapped upside down in the Armco so god knows how he got it there, but id hazard a guess that he was hit on the back wheel by a car and it flipped him, My heart went out to him and his family i truly hope he is ok, i did notice his crash helmet on the side of the road, it was Arai which looked to be in one piece so fingers crossed. Thursday saw our yearly Conference, So only this time it was split into 3, needless to say my boys stuffed it to the London clan big time, and we got to run and watch “HOT FUZZ” on D5 which looked stunning, I walk out feeling really good on Thursday night all be it tired to find ive been given a parking ticket, See the issue here is that i must have parked there on and off over the past 5 years some 2000 times in the very same spot, and only got one ticket so im arguing the point about that. Another busy week next week, with more conferences on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday which should be fun? Be good, Be Kind Echo 11
