• Then they prick one of your fingers and do an Iron test, if you past that then it’s a short wait until your next

• Lay down

• A sharp needle in your arm

• And a short while later your done

so think about it, i’ve been giving blood on and off since i was 18, having obtained my Bronze 25 Pints and silver 50 Pints award, im well on the to the golden award 100 pints. Gents you can give blood 4 times a year and Ladies 3 times, even if the blood they take in not used in transfusions its used for research, you never know one day you might be on the receiving end.
