Imagineering

One of the tasks i hade to do today was to eliminate a humming sound when using our In-house conference rooms, we tracked it down to the interface between the LCD Projector and the Mains loop, So we simple ran a new cable running from a 13amp plug to the projector, Ah simple i here you say and ye your right in theory you are right, however these units are housed in a roof space with now crawl access. So we had to use our imagination, at one stage an engineer was stood on a chair that was sat on top of a table, and the table had wheels on it, this was topped off by the ever diligent H/S person holding said Engineer/Chair/Table combination. Thanks to Cinemec, J, and engineering for assisting.

We finished one room and moved onto the second one leaving J to deal with trunking, i stuck my head about 5 mins later to see him battling with the trunking /cable and the trunking had double sided sticky tape on it. A great job well done gents and thanks to Mike for keeping it real and making me nearly choke on my drink but telling use one of the funniest story’s ive heard for ages.
