Over the past few months I’ve rebuilt my Savage off road car, So today was the litmus test, the engine had been spun via a drill for about 5 mins to bed it in, then it was try it for real, this is only a short video of it, On this occasion i tried to restrict the rpm to around 15,000 rpm.

That’s just unreal, the piston is pretty small properly around the size of an old ½ pence piece, and they can rev up to 38,000 just unreal, next thing is to either port the head or buy a 8 port head, Basically when you port a head you match the inlet and exhaust ports on the engine head to the inlet and exhaust ports of the carb and Exhaust system, so that there are no steps so the air flow, has much less resistance, see i knew all those days striping and rebuilding engines would come in handy.

Anyway enjoy I’m working on some onboard video but I’m struggling with a gyro stabilising system, its not that i can't make it, the issue is trying to make it small enough as not to be bigger than the car.
