Mid Week Update

Chicken Chaser Don’t know about you but I’ve never been in that much of a rush to get into work on a morning, So Friday morning I’m riding along taking it easy when this JJB on a Chicken Chaser cuts me up big time, So i ride up next to him and basically tell him his errors of his ways [Well in not so many words, more like Expletives] , now my bike may not be a sports bike but it does shift, so as we edge up toward the lights i can see he is going to try and race me from the lights to the traffic ahead, well he thought that, i pulled up along side him and when the lights went green i cut him up so badly he must have tasted my exhaust fumes, i don’t think he was best pleased as he tried to catch up with me, that’s when i break tested him, not a lot to test really 2 x 380mm disks with 4 pot brembos on mine compared to some cheap arsed crap break disk the size of a 10 pence peace, i could see his eyes widen big time . He was on his front wheel, see BMW’s don’t dive under breaking due to the suspension system on the front, he so nearly went over, and maybe he will learn next time. Its Go, Go, Go I’m a pretty bug F1 fan, well on Sunday we ran a HD fed Link into our No: 02, the event, Technically it went well after a few teething issues mostly caused by a Satellite engineer having a hissy fit about no signal at 09:10 am, regardless of the fact it clearly stated that no signal would be broadcast until 10:30!!!!.

Our most excelent Christie 2K Projector,

The image looked stunning, but then again you would be a bit bright if you had a 6000W xenon lamp glowing from you, although i fear that would the least of your concerns. And the sound was very good 5.1 Optical. The detail of the cars in HD was good we only ran it in 720 but the difference was dramatic, As we took our feed of FOC Mr Ecclestones own Formula One Feed, It was good, the biggest difference was the detail of the cars, and so of the camera angles, they had cameras in fuel rigs, tire guns, side facing cameras on some cars, very good overall. HP V starts this week and credit to all this involved in getting it ready and running. Xbox elite baby I’m a big Xbox Fan, I’ve had most of them from the Crystal green, Then the Crystal, and then the Xbox360, and now Xbox Elite, Oh yes I’m going out today to reserve mine, I can’t wait,

Also got some sad news early this week that one of the engineers i work with suffered a stroke, no news on how he is, but i really hope he is ok, properly one of the most knowledgeable engineers I’ve had pleasure to work with, and has properly one of the best jobs around although i suspect he might be rethinking that now, So my thoughts are with him and his family, hope you get better WB.
