NEC Bike Show

Got to get down to the NEC bike show today with Jason, Andre , and Graham, and it was a pretty good day all round, with J driving we got there in plenty of time to meet up with the guys,

There was some great bikes there, really nice and for once it was not that busy, they had split it into two parts this time, with the main hall having mostly the bikes in there and hall two having all the helmets, leathers and the likes

As the saying goes a picture paints a thousand words, so rather than me rant on here’s some real nice picsThis is the bike im going to buy when i retire, so the way i feel now it will be next week, anyway its the BMW 1200LT, fully loaded, costing around £15K

The Beautiful new Suzuki Hayabusa 1300 just being revealed

One of the custom choppers, the chrome and paint detail were outstanding, with such a high level of Detail, i mean totally impractical but very nice
One of the most Beautiful Engineered Swinging arms ive seen, you cant compare it against a Harris or a Spondon, but it is nice, must have taken ages to mill out
An engineering nightmare, but what a build, you do have to ask why ?, but i suppose the answer would be "Because i can"
The "Cobra", the pictures nice but it does not do the paint job its true Justice, the stars and strips just jump out on you
Honda's new Beastie, Semi Automatic/Fully Automatic Gear box, A thing that is bound to catch on soon,
A Spondon Framed Street Fighter, with the now classic Spondon Box section swinging arm and bracing, billet wheels and a very nice paint job
A stunningly good looking Street fighter, bob tailed
A classic Street Fighter, with a Harris Frame , nice paint job,
Well boys no need worry about being pursuited by this little gem, its Electric, so after about 5 mins the battery will have run down.
A very nice Cut-Away of the modern Day motorcycle
I bet the 0-60 Times on this is well i guess its under 3 Seconds, but the fuel bill will be interesting
A truly beautiful Triumph Speed Triple
Got a Quick snap of the Charleys bike
And finally, its not a secret that i don't really like Harley Davidson, don't get me wrong they are nice bikes if your idea of riding is to only come out when its dry and then ride up and down a street posing so be it, but when some cost £23K oh yes that's £23K then you have way to much money, and what do you buy when you have every conceivable accessory on your hog, well clearly you then buy yourself and nice "Beverage Holder" or in this case 2 of them, to go along with your hog, and they wonder why they get the piss taken out of them
