BBC Bash
Its been a fun week so far, ChunkyMonkey is on Holiday celebrating his Birthday, Tuesday we had the BBC in for a advance screening of “The Unusual Miss Nightingale” in HD well 1080i.
On this occasion we used a HDcam Player, these little beauty’s cost a small fortune, the last time I checked the prices they were running at £90K

Dolby DM8 Plus, which build in a delay for the sound, a Digital Head takes time to process the image, so you build in a dely, ours was around 4 MS,

Standard set-up, HDcam Player, Preview Monitor, The laptop is monitoring the DM8+ output.
The whole event was a great success, the Beeb are going to screen this at Easter time, there was a far scattering of the normal D Celebs, never been into all this start spotting which was just as well as there were not many there.
